Additional Information            

• Additional people $15 per person per night
• $100 Cleaning fee will be added to each booking
• Kids 12 and under FREE
• 2 Night minimum rental.
• No Friday / Saturday splits
• Stay a full week and get 1 midweek night base rate FREE
• Available for entry at 4 pm the day of arrival
• Checkout time is 11 am on the day of departure
• 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation
• Phone reservation held 14 days pending deposit
• Balance due in full 30 days prior to arrival
• Adjustments made for exact number of people after stay
• Refunds will be issued with 45 days cancel notice
• Dec 24 thru Dec 31 are considered holidays
• No Pets please
